FAQ's

I like your seashells! Are they decorated real shells or do you make the entire thing from scratch? TOP

My seashells are not decorated real shells; they are each made entirely out of glass. All of my hand-sculptured lampwork glass art beads start out as long colored glass rods, which are melted in an oxygen and propane torch flame to soften the glass. I then use various tools to shape and form the glass into the desired design. Each lampwork glass art creation is an original design, created from my heart to hand for the love of you. Many thanks for your support!

I have never heard the name "Jettonne" before, are you a girl or a boy? TOP

I am a female lampwork glass artist, making my way in the world today...
My name "Jettonne" is French, however, I am of Italian descent. "Jettonne" originated from a neighbor of my mother's Aunt who's name was Jettonne Stevens. My mother really liked her name, and this is how I ended up with the name Jettonne.
My family is mostly Italian, with some English and Irish mixed in.
My late grandfather, on my fathers side, was full blooded Italian. His name was "Americas  Foca" who came directly from Italy to marry my late grandmother.
My late grandfather, on my mothers side, was English.
My late grandmother, on my mothers side, was Irish.
And now you know the rest of my story behind my unique name. Thank you for your interest!
